Questions we get asked
Why is there no price on this page?
Because there is no published price list. TempTag is quoted against the size of the estate and the number of organisations that need access, and a made-up number here would be worse than no number. Tell us the shape of your scheme and we will quote against it.
Are tags included?
No. Tags are physical hardware and are ordered separately, by the pack. Standard NFC, heavy-duty and branded options are on the order page, priced per tag.
Do subcontractors need their own licence?
On the SaaS edition you can bring up to five subcontractor or client organisations onto a project. Enterprise is unlimited. Their people work inside your workspace, scoped to what you allow them to see.
What does the mobile app cost?
Nothing extra. It is part of both editions and runs on the phones your teams already carry, so there are no scanners to buy. Android is live and iOS is in beta.
Can we use our own branding?
On Enterprise, yes. Your logo and your brand colour run through the console and the PDF exports. Safety states are the one thing that never follow a customer colour. A failed inspection reads the same red on every tenant, deliberately.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Register exports and Schedule 7 reports are available throughout, so the record is yours to take. Data residency options are part of the Enterprise conversation.
